become a volunteer

Donating doesn’t just mean the giving of one’s treasures.

It can also be offering your time and talents. Whether you’re retired, looking for a rewarding way to serve your community, or just want to meet new people, there is no shortage of volunteer opportunities at the Monroeville Public Library.

Volunteers must be:

  • over 14
  • commit two hours per week at the library
  • submit to criminal & child abuse background checks (at no cost to the volunteer).

Our volunteer opportunities are always changing, so contact us and lets see how we can help each other.
