Our Mission Is To:
- Increase community awareness and use of the Library's facility, resources and services.
- Encourage gifts, endowments and bequests to the Library.
- Provide funding for specific needs of the Library through special programs and events.
- Encourage others with a similar appreciation for the Library to work for the benefit of the Library.
Friends of the MPL members can choose to promote the mission in many ways:
- Assist with Short Term Special Projects
- Set Up for Artist Exhibits in the Gallery Space and Assist with Artist Receptions
- Bake for Events
- Promote Library Resources in the community such as at the Monroeville Lions Farmers’ Market
- Participate in Fundraising Events such as Trivia Night
- And more…
